Issa possess invaluable expertise in litigation. His focus is majorly in commercial dispute resolution, he has represented corporate entities in actions for breach of contract and unlawful termination of contract. At the core of his practice is the ability to obtain effective remedies for client when in urgent need.
He has represented agents, distributors, service providers and manufactures in infringement and contract dispute resolution. He is a passionate and attentive litigator. Issa is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all Courts subordinates thereto. He is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
